4th of July Fireworks on Benjamin Franklin Parkway, Philadelphia

One of the largest 4th of July fireworks celebrations in America takes place on Benjamin Franklin Parkway of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The annual firework celebration is held under the backdrop of the Philadelphia Museum of Arts which became popular of Rocky metaphoric climb to overcome life's trials and tribulations. We were fortunate to live in one of the high rises facing the museum that year - by far one of the best 4th of July excursion. What better way to enjoy the fireworks than within the confines of a climate controlled setting of your own apartment.

Even the river banks were lined up with boaters taking advantage of the spectacular view from the Schuylkill River.
